The entire system was developed by me. It consists of a chat made for the food distribution sector.
A common feature of this branch is the use of Whatsapp for communication between food distributors and customers.
Despite working very well as a communicator, Whatsapp was not designed to improve sales.

Looking to the needs of the sector, in addition to providing the chat as usual, it is possible for the distributor to enter their catalog and each user, both the seller and the customer, favorite items to make their day-to-day easier.

Another potential function of the system is data management to improve sales. Price negotiation before closing a sale is common. So every movement is recorded to identify the path from the beginning of the contact between the salesperson and the customer, until the closing of the sale. For example: if the product order was made through the customer’s initiative, it will be registered or if the sale initiative was made from a suggestion by the seller, it will also be registered.

In this way, it will be possible for the company manager to monitor which path was taken for each sale and then help the sales team make the necessary adjustments.
